This Limited Warranty explains how we address items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, and what you need to do to request help.

DOA / arrival issue claim window (48 hours)

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos of the product and packaging, and your order number.

What this warranty covers

  • Items that are defective on arrival
  • Damage that occurred in transit
  • Incorrect items shipped

Possible resolutions
After we review your claim, we may provide one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:

  • Replacement (where available)
  • Refund (where appropriate)
  • Another reasonable remedy consistent with this policy

Return shipping for covered issues
For quality problems, wrong items, or shipping damage, the seller covers return shipping or handles it case-by-case after review.

What this warranty does not cover

  • Issues reported after the 48-hour claim window
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear
  • Preference-based returns (these are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy within 30 days of delivery)
