Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
- Orders over $90: free shipping
- Orders under $90: $10 flat shipping fee
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). The order cutoff time is 6:00 pm (CST).
How long does delivery take after shipment?
Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after shipment.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers depending on the destination and service availability.
Will I receive tracking?
If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details are provided after the order ships. Carrier updates may take time to appear.
Can I cancel my order?
- Before shipment: you may request a cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s status.
- After shipment: cancellations are not possible; please follow the return process once the order is delivered.
What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation).
Who pays for return shipping?
- Non-quality returns: the buyer pays return shipping.
- Quality issues, wrong item sent, or damage in transit: the seller covers return shipping or handles it case-by-case after review.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
How long do refunds take?
If approved, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval and issued back to the original payment method when possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.
Do you charge tax at checkout?
No. Prices shown include applicable taxes, and we do not add extra tax at checkout.
