Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains when cancellations may be possible.

Cancellation before shipment

• You may request to cancel an order before it ships.
• Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s processing status (for example, whether it has already been prepared for shipment).
• To request a cancellation, contact info@settlelnn.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Cancellation after shipment

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• If you no longer want the item after it arrives, please follow the Returns & Refund Policy within 30 days of delivery.

Order cutoff time

• The order cutoff time is 6:00 pm (CST). Requests received after the cutoff may be reviewed the next business day.
